Here is the tangential view. The led lights in my microscope distort the color, so you will not be able to use the washed out view to help.

I probably could keep guessing all night and still not get it. I'll call
Conway and see if he can get it.



That was my next guess.
 
It looks like a very bad skin condition.


I never would have guessed it, some sort of palm as suggested before would have been my guess.
