Is it an actual D-19 in perfect condition, or the D-19 retro re-release from a few years back?

I don't know if it will help, but, I just paid 500 for a D19 with two shafts that is in real clean condition and the forearm is stained gray. I would think there would be a premium for one in mint condition. I am guessing 500-1000 to the right buyer.

It all depends on how fast you need the cash. $500 to $600 in the next hour. If you can wait, maybe $750 to the right buyer. I would like to see a picture of the forearm as well. Nice cue, one of my favorites, I have one in my collection with a black leather wrap in mint condition.
 
Last one I sold, very slightly used, with 2 shafts, for 650.00. I have quite a few left in various stages, mainly needing refinish and new shaft(s).
