Both balls are counted as in the hole, and why on earth are you playing with what looks like a tiny cueball compared to the rest of the balls?
If you want to feel like a pro while drawing the ball, practice a bit. Having a differently sized cueball messes with a lot of shots.

Hmmm. My first instinct was to ignore you, but I feel like you're being unnecessarily rude. This is not my own table. I play with what is available to me. Why would you suggest that I'm playing with a smaller cue ball to feel good about my draw stroke? I draw the ball just fine. And by the way, the balls are the same size. Here's another picture I took at the same time.
