Whats this cue worth?

I have a guy at my local hall who has a Tim Scruggs from as he says 1982. What I wanted to know is first off I have never seen a TS with no points. It is birdseye maple in the forearm and butt and a irish linen wrap. The BEM is stained red, another thing I have never seen out of TS. The cue looks in excillent condition and rolls perfectly strait, it has the TS logo on the butt cap and appears by all my knoledge of cues to be authentic. Comes with 1 shaft.
 
Pictures would be a good idea but probably around $600.. Give or take a small amount..

I could be wrong on this though.. I never got into Scruggs cues much..

Seems there are more people online now so just looking for some more feedback. I should have the cue Friday as long as the trade works out so I will be able to snap some good pics then.
 
Tim did make some cues like that. Value would obviously depend on number of original shafts and condition.
 
Depending on the condition of the cue, with 1 shaft, I have seen them go from $550-800, with most in the $650-700 range. They are becoming much more popular, however. Great players.
