What's up with this cue for sale on E-bay?

I was both sad and quite happy and surprised to see these many both positive and negative comments on the cue that i have listed on ebay for sale .

I would like to point out a few things to make it clear to those who doubt the product or other things :

1) Its a samsara - the reason why i cannot or will not list it as one is simply because when jim stadum agreed to make these for me - he clearly told me that I cannot list these on ebay as samsara cues - because he is selling similar cues for a lot more on his website and some of his existing dealers and customers who are a major pain in the neck who ***** about every damn thing in the world are or were paying more for similar cues with the samsara name on it .
2) so that i bring this cue to the billiard world for a lesser price - i chose to ignore and told jim to put my company name chi town billiards inc - for short CTB on it instead .
3) I never sell anything that i dont have in stock ----- I DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS THAT I DONT HAVE IN STOCK .
4) this cue is in stock with me right now - not on consignment or any other crap like that.
5) Someone mentioned that if anyone who is keenly interested in the product and wants it - please call me - it helps you and me --- as ebay charges me anywhere from 11 to 14 percent of the final selling price or more .
6) Next time my suggestion to those who think any product on ebay that someone is selling is fake or real --- please call the seller first or atleast make a effort to contact him or her and ask a couple of questions ! that might clear up things.
7) I thank all those who posted anything favorable ---- if anyone of you who did --- go to ebay check out any or all product i have listed on ebay --- see anything you like ---- and take 14.9999% off the price listed
8) those of you who posted negative or damaging comments are welcome too to give me a shot or try me out ......i will give them 15% off the price mentioned on ebay

Thanks for the info. Not sure I would carry a line of anything that I had to market that way because people become supsicious before anything else. Especially if I had to accept E-Bay as my "silent partner". Their fees have gotten way out of hand. So how much of a product's value comes from "branding"? You say "it's a Samsara" but in reality it's not due to the inherent value of the brand. Joss makes a pretty nice cue they market under the name L'americano. Build looks the same. Shaft looks the same. But it's not a Joss and won't hold the future value of a Joss. Just one example. So to imply that you're buying a Samsara and getting a smoking hot deal on it because we can't call it that is simply false. It's a pretty nice cue at a decent price but it's not a Samsara. It's an off brand made by the same company in a similar fashion, just like L'americano. At any rate you seem like a decent guy and I'm just a known and suspected Assneck so what do I know. Hope you're not too offended by me asking about it here and thinking the whole auction is weird.

he's been selling them on ebay for a year or two.Samsara's made for chicago billiards or something like that. 100% legit. samsara and joss both make a lot of cues that get rebranded. Price seems right to me.

I picked up on that also, he is violating the trust of Samsara with his round about wording.

The cue is made by the makers of Samsara cues, but is still not a Samsara cue. When someone makes a private line of cues for someone, they may or may not make everything just like their own cues. It is custom made for the resellers specs, so it is a CTB cue. It may be the exact same quality as a Samsara, but it does not bare the Samsara logo, so it is not a Samsara cue. It may even be a better cue than what Samsara sells under their own logo, but it is a CTB cue by JS and DD, but they have not allowed their Brand name or names to be used. Many brands of items come out of the same factory, but those brands are not the same, and often the final product is not the same either.
I used to have a line of cues built for me by Viking in the 80's when I had a pool room. In my opinion some of the cues they built for me were better than their own line of cues as they put a joint in some of my cues that they did not put in any of their own cues. Mine had the Sceptre logo on them. So if CTB is having them do special things to the cues, they may be better for some than the regular Samsara cues.
If I were building a line of cues for someone out of my shop and I asked them not to use my brand name, I would consider our agreement broken in this case with the multitude of hints given in the ebay listing.
