What's Your Fav Ferrule & Tip Combination......

An inch of Ivory and a Triangle.

If there is a pad on there; fine. If not; no problem either.:)

I cap mine, but when done right, they both play about the same to me (capped and un-capped). I think un-capped Ivory ferules should have a pad on them.
 
is there anybody out there like me who just buys a 50 box of lepro tips and cherry picks the 5 best and gives the rest away for a quarter apiece ...i havent really tried too many different ferruls.....youd have to have a shaft that was exactly the same as another shaft....with just a different ferrule to honestly make a comparrison on the difference in hit a ferrule makes
 
I am partial to a 2.5" jade ferrule with a super fly tip. The only thing is that is it aggravating to replace the fly after each break. :(
