What'up with the chatroom for US Open PPV?

I was able to get it to come up when the Stevie match was going on just required a different log in than your PPV account. I had to register for the actual chat application and it came up OK

I cant even get a verification code to my email to get started in the chat.. Hopefully these things will be solved soon, am not sure who to contact about it
