Hmmmm Lets see if I got this right... The guy wanted $120 for 10 tips so when It arrived I ripped the bag open and took a picture of 3 tip so I could offer him $100 for 3 tips. Or if Im hidden the other 7 tips I'd get 10 tips for $100... A big savings of $20 bucks.
