where can I get this basic ring stock?

I need 4 of the thicker silver colored accent rings like, for instance, the ones Tascarella uses (see pic below).

I think the standard silver rings are approx 30 thou and these ones I need are approx 50 thou.

Without bothering a cuemaker for them, does anyone know where else I might get them?

Not even sure are these aluminum or stainless steel?

Any help/suggetsions appreciated.

they are either nickel or stainless, have you checked ebay or amazon for them or one of the suppliers for cue parts?

If you run into Phil Davis or little Lucas from Yale billiards
Call me. They will be in Providence tomorrow and I can give them to one of them. I have the knickle silver that Palmer used. Pretty sure they are .060.

I remember hearing one time, that the original ones were old coins. I dont know if there is any truth to that, but always thought it was a resourceful idea if true. :thumbup:

I actually thought about coins for just a brief second myself, don't know how feasible that might be. Meanwhile, looks like Mike Webb may have me fixed up. :thumbup:

They were only coins for 5 minutes, but now people think every Balabushka with rings were made from nickels. No.
