I'll be doing an internship for school starting in January and lasting through July. I'm almost set to be going to Las Vegas for this internship and I will be there next week Tuesday night (Dec 4, 2007) and thought maybe after supper with the firm I might head out and take a look at a room or two.

Where is there to play and what are some the action spots in Vegas? I most likely won't have much time to play, and won't have my own sticks with me next week, but when I come back in January I'll be ready to really play and practice.

Any info would be great and appreciated

Pool Sharks first, Mickey"s second, Cue Club third....enough said.

Vegas

Mickey's has 5 nine footer Diamonds and 10 or 11 bar box diamonds on the way. And it's in a better side of town. They also have alot of Gold Crowns. Check playbca.com then events for the Las Vegas diamond tour.

i go to mickys, it was kids joint for years, not now, i have had uptp $100 ation in there most of the time, not nut huntrs but real action, gambling, in my almost 20 in vegas this is the first time i have seen guys actually take a chance, Vegas is changing, for years you couldnt get an even game pointing a gun at some one, i've been in alot of action there and i;m, $230-240 loser and thats aftr alot of games, i won plenty too, thets the net. nice to see action here.

mickys is also putting in a pile of diamond barboxes, believe me i hsave been in 100's of rooms coast to coast and mickys is doing it good, not perfect, the music at night is a problem, but during the day there is action and its perfect. Diamond is taking good care of them too with the best table mechneic they have, ,,,,,finally but they are a good company and fixed a couple details on the first 3 tables the next ones were good, more comming
