Can someone tell me where to get the best deal on Everest tips? I here people say how they are a fraction of the cost of Moori's, but I can't find them. I know cue makers get a discount -maybe someone can sell me a few.
thanks-jeff

If the Everest tip is a soft tip and holds chalk well I would like some too.

Thanks

Everest is one of the harder Tips that Tiger Offers...
I think the Sniper is the softest"

I bought some from Atlas recently. They were $14.95 I believe but after I put them in my shopping cart they were adjusted to $9.95 I think. They call the Everest a medium tip and it plays softer than a Triangle or LePro but it really grips the ball well and I have good accuracy very few miscues with this tip. I've also tried a Talisman medium and they play very similiar. It took me awhile to try these layered tips but I'm never going back to Triangles and LePros.

Might be but I think the Tiger soft is softer.

I'm pretty sure the Tiger tips are cowhide, while the Everest and Snipers are pig.
I think pigskin is better.

It's the other way around. The Everest is what I would call a Medium-soft, the Sniper is a Medium. I use Everest all the time and just tried a Sniper. I'm going back to the Everest, as I tend to miscue frequently with the Sniper. The Everest really grips the cueball well. IMO, if you like Elk Masters but don't like the maintenance, the Everest is the way to go.

I think the everest compares to a med/soft Kamui, right now I prefer the Everest. I think it is a harder hit than the Elkmaster, softer than a med Moori/Wizard. IMHO of coarse.

I can sell you Tiger Everest 'take-off' tips @ $4. ea.
These tips are brand new, never hit a ball but are removed from brand new shafts when the client buying the new shaft prefers something else.
Diameters run btwn. 11.75mm to 13mm. Guaranteed at least 9 layers.
Buy 100 of them @ $3. ea.

PM if interested, KJ

play wise snipers PLAYS softer the everest. no even close
I suppose "softer" is subjective, however, I think the everest hit is noticably softer than the snipers. I think both "grab" the cueball well.
