Just curious, I really loved watching him play.

I know he had some issues with depression, but is he still playing at all, that anyone knows of.
And where is he living?

Pm's are fine if you don't want to post it here..... thanks.

I am curious too. His book is a great read, anyone who has not read it should check it out if they enjoy pool.

He has a Facebook page. Get this, it lists as "Athlete". That's classic. Looks like he gives lessons and sells sports stuff. Good guy. He came thru Tulsa years back and i remember him having the best attitude of any top player i'd ever met. Once a match was over he just wanted to hang out or go find,as he put it, " some killer bar-b-q". Hope things work out for him.

Always enjoyed Danny's game and his personality in general. Good guy... great player.

I saw him walking around the expo last year. He still has lots of fans. I don't think he plays anymore though

I thought he was driving a cab in the NJ area.
Very good player, but Lord help you if there was no shot clock.

Thanks for the reply's. Just a shame if he is'nt playing at all.

The guy had more talent than anyone. I'll look him up on FB.

He is still around.I saw him last month or so in SandCastle in Edison NJ
I don't think he plays much but still gives lessons

hes been dring a taxi in new york.

Last month Danny was giving lessons to a couple that came all the way from Texas. Danny still has that great personality everyone enjoys.

Yes, he was a good player and yes, he stunk at money management like where 95% of pro players wind up. Players that won $100,000's should not be broke. Johnnyt

Yeah, he still gives lessons occasionally at Sandcastle in Edison, NJ. I believe he works at a senior home on the weekend. Last summer he was working at 6 flags in the game booths.

I'm sure he will make his yearly appearance at the expo. He was selling his instructional dvd's there last year.

The infamous 4 ball pool game?

I'd like to add it met him back in the day at Jack & JILLS and he was nice as could be. Wasn't he called Boy Delicious back then?

I met him one time in a little pool hall in indiana, didn't know who he was, just knew he could play. Seemed like a nice guy.
