I guess another 'bandwidth issue' not that that excuses anyone but AS certainly has the capability to produce a first class stream otherwise. Better find a fix guys or get ready to refund.

I've never had much luck with streams, regardless of who was in charge of production. I gave up on them a whill back, till at least some form of quality and consistency can be offered for PAID products ( streams ). I've had everything checked on my end and know for a FACT there are no issues here ( and combined with so many other folks all having issues all the time. All of the technical jargon related to streams is over my head, but if they want to be charging for these streams they need to step up and get the proper " bandwidth " or whatever is needed imo.
