I've been using the Green Recoil tip for about 9 months now, have no plans on using another tip, plays like the day it was installed with almost zero wear.

as a good player with a mind that doesnt affect his play, then you just get used to the slight changes as tips wear down.

The Recoil tips do not compress, they are not leather, consistent from tip to tip.
