Which cloth for a Valley Bar Box

I just bought a used Valley 7' bar box that could use some new cloth. I want the table to play like the average table found in a bar so I can practice for league play.

From the online descriptions, I am leaning toward Championship Mercury Ultra or Championship Titan. Can anyone tell me the real world differences in how the two play and/or other things to consider? There's only a few dollars differnce in price, so that isn't a concern.

When Valley was Valley they put Champ 4045 Teflon Mercury Ultra on the new tables.
Same cloth as 3045 Mercury Ultra but with Teflon.

Ultra (19oz) has a finer/smoother finish then Titan (21oz) so a bit faster.
We like to call it the poor mans Simonis. Both come from the same mill in Mexico.

Decided to go with the poor mans Simonis (Mercury Ultra). From the replies in this thread and others, I didn't hear any bad reports, so will give it a try.

Is the mercury ultra the stuff that after about 2 weeks of play has little felt balls every where on the table? kinda like hair balls.

Yea it's strange - half a dozen 3045 Ultra colors and 16 colors in 4045 Ultra Teflon.

That's because they want you to purchase the teflon cloth so they can get a higher price. Teflon cloth is nothing but problems, more so with the backed. Nothing adheres to teflon including the glue. Ultra unbacked is a good cloth for your application.

That can be said for just about any non-worsted cloth.
To be technical - it's called pilling.

U want to install rug cloth??? I sugest not going with a rug cloth...go with aramith cloth..
