Sh!t...I tanked it last week with that one and started a thread "I didn't trust my cue" but I'm gonna play whatever cue is high vote and I'm not gonna bring a backup cue :eek:!!!

There's still almost an hour, lol

If I'm playing an APA match that I know I will win, I play with a house cue, just to make my opponent quiver a little at the thought that he's about to get his ass kicked by a 7/9 using a broomstick, more or less... and I actually like the way house cues play if they're straight and balanced ok. Kind of hard for me to justify owning such an expensive cue sometimes haha.

From your list, I think the Bender is my pick. Mike's cues are of my favorite hitting cues.
 
Mid match update

1st game 6...in my defense, i made my EDIT(2nd to last ball)last ball in off the 8...and sucked the 8 in the same hole after...
2nd game 14...

4h game 14-3...
6,14,10,14=44 /4 = 11...against a lower rated team...let's just say, I turned over the cue ball a couple times too many, LOL
should have shot a 15 avg against this team, raising my avg back up to 13 where it was all last season...instead probably lowered it to 11 :eek:
Don't know what it is...maple shafts just play different than predators. I f'ing love the way this Omen hits. It has ivory ferrules, grips the cue ball better than predator, hits more solid than the predator, is more forgiving against miscue than the predator...it frickin hits fantastic!!!!!

I just can't seem to wrap my mind around it. It reacts different than a predator. It's not just deflection...it's a different deal. My concern is that if I get used to it, I won't be consistant with the pred. I have pred shafts for all my other cues. 314-2 on the Carmeli, and that 314-2 hits like a wet noodle, hate it.

Yes, the Bender plays BAD-ASS!!!
I've been playing with the white, since I got it cuz its prettier...veneers, inlays, etc. my bender is a tuxedo, ebony and ivory. Plain but plays RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I rotate...all of them have 314 shafts so I can play any of em just the same.
 
I have much the same dilemma. I'm torn between my Cuetec, my Viking, my Dufferin and my McDermott - all bought on ebay for less than $100 combined, including cases.
