Not so many tournaments are documented. Are all tournaments equal? Does the Glass City Open or Music City Open count as much as a major when doing this sort of analysis? Do relatively unknown titles such as those at the SEAS (Southeast Asia) Games count?

I just figured that it was not contest with Efren. And that he has won the most.
If you are referring to the majors as in world titles.
Definitely Ronnie Alcano , whom won the world 9 ball in 2006 i think and 8 ball the following year.
Dennis won a World 8 ball if i remembered correctly
And Franciso Bustamante won the World 9 ball in 2010 with a golden break against Kuo
Not sure bout Parica tho
Probably the one that was able to travel out of the Philippines the most during their career.
