Which other pool forums do you post on?

I also post on Southern Billiards. I have a few friends that post there and I get to catch up on all of the local happenings.

I visit SOUTHERN BILLIARDS because I know and/or have played a lot of the PLAYERS in the area and enjoy keeping up with their exploits.

Checked out some of the other sites and they are, WELL..........

Holy Bat Shit, a flame war and I didn't even notice it til now. 'Bout damn time, cuz we need some fun around here. I'll take no sides here except to say that I don't give a shit what DM is doing these days, as long as he's having fun doing whatever he's doing, then that's okay with me. He's definitely better off doing whatever it is than being here in the forum every day. As much as I like this forum, I wish I had the chance to be out there playing pool instead of reading about it. Damn, I suck at flame wars now, I quit!

Oh yea, I too was at SoCal when it started because I was close to being banned from here. It was fine until all the trolls came in with their "guest" names. It's littered with bullshit about FL, Smorg, and who knows what else. It got old real fast.

On the flip side of that it also made me wonder if the sickle guy came tomorrow, would I want to have thoughts of the stupid crap on the forums rolling around in my head as some of the final images in my mind. Christ, I can't imagine my last few hours of having Fast Larry, Debra, Smorgassbored, Marissa, Shorty, Mr. Wilson, or Howerton as ANY PART of my thoughts! How HORRIBLE would THAT BE??!!

I will no longer have ANY PART of it. I've deleted ALL of those idiotic forums from 'favorites' so that I can't easily or automatically click on and it'll be a chore to type it in. I don't ever want to read it or think about those characters. Hell, I think I'll put parental controls on myself for those websites if I ever get curious so that I CAN'T come on!

So, PLEASE, DO NOT email any more telling me about ANY of those idiots or problems on the forums. I absolutely DON'T want to hear it or care.

FWIW, at least DM made informed posts about pool and had the balls to say what was on his mind and then leave it in print. You don't talk pool... you make asinine posts about nothing and then you turn around and delete them.... but yet you want to blame DM for all the problems on all the forums.... Go look in a freaking mirror. You contribute nothing of value or interest that I've been able to see (when I can see it, because you're always deleting). DM might've been curt in the way he talked and rough around the edges but he made some very informative posts and IMO has bigger pubic hair than you have balls.

I couldn't agree more with this statement Koop. OHB was a valued member of our forum and a friend to many. To even think what Smorg put in writing and posted is beyond sick and twisted and deserved a life time ban. Sure, he apologized later on, but the damage was done.

I used to be a staple at the CCB, but the NPR side of the forum has really gotten pretty ridiculous and it just detracts from the whole site.

Socalpooltalk.com was never safe from FL, and it just sucks.

I miss drivermaker. And he was right.

I go to Onepocket.org and EasyPoolTutor occasionally but AZB is my main pool site.

You haven't been the one that DM was OBSESSED with.Not only did he spend hundreds of hours pouring through thousands of posts of mine in Google groups, he'd then cut & paste them all over the internet. You claim that he's so innocent, but if you look through socal pooltalk, you'll find that 90 % of the threads when he arrived onscene and 100s of posts were about me. Not so much now, but before your little Angel signed off. Just recently, your Angel made an attention seeking I'm leaving RSB' post and took the time to take another shot at me. He's an obsessed sicko and you're welcome to him. It got to where DM spent his entire day lurking here and everytime I made a post,he cut & pasted it over at socal or RSB. If I choose to delete my posts after someone has quoted them, that's MY business. I don't like DM and I'm glad that he's gone.
I certainly can't dispute your last sentence, as you are probably the authority on mens balls & pubic hair. Have a nice life on my Ignore list.

Of course he apologized. When no one sided with him, he just couldn't keep standing by his words. I'm sure he was serious when he typed it. No matter how rude, classless, and ill timed it was. Jay Helfert posted that OHB would probably just brush it off. I am not so sure. Tom was a strong family man & an insult to his family wouldn't be taken lightly. I don't ever type anything I don't mean.

I don't post on any other boards but noticed that PoolSharkAllen posts on the billiarddigest board. He ran over there to see if there was a BCA ruling against talking about gambling so he could continue with his fight to ban Justin Bergman, 3 time national champion, out of this years Jr National championships. Why PoolSharkAllen was so out to condemn an 18 year old pool player & his life is beyond me. Why he would go so far out of his way to do so is also beyond me. And how talking about gambling & Justin had any possible effect on the life of PoolSharkAllen and why it upset him so much is also beyond me. Can anybody explain to me why PoolSharkAllen just didn't ask his question on this board? Timberly (no offense) but since you have just been declared the expert on balls & their size, maybe you could answer.....

Justin is one of the nicest kids I know. I have watched him grow for years now. I can't fathom "WHY" Poolsharkallen or anyone would like to ban him. Who is this poolsharkallen person? It does not seem to me like he want's to make any friends...

Since when did anyone ever listen to anything Doug said? Oh wait, I know... since he actually left a post up instead of deleting it. (lol, I've just got to point out that he was promptly putting me on ignore after naming me the expert but yet quoted me yesterday )

Other pool forums... inside pool has upgraded their forum section and they switched over to the vBulletin board like this one. It's much easier to navigate than their old one and I like the colors that they've chosen for their skins... very easy on the eyes.
