Im sorry to post this here but im not sure where to post it.

Does anyone here know Cezar Morales at azb? I dont think its Efren Reyes, we all know ge used that name in the US long time ago..
I might have been a victim of this guy.. he was selling mezz power stroke and some pther mezz cues.
I bought the mezz power stroke.. paid via paypal.. heard only once from him after i paid him then disappeared until this day! I have been waiting for two weeks now..
If he stole money from me and deceived others like me, i wont say anything for now.. just let karma chase him.. karma knows all our address 👍
Just beware of this guy Cezar Morales...

Don't know the guy, but the thread title caught my eye as I have a pm out to him about another cue he had posted a while back, to see if it was still available... Then I just noticed last night that he hasn't been on here for like a week

I just gotta ask, how is that NOT saying anything? :scratchhead:

You paid with PayPal, if you really feel there's an issue file a dispute for items paid for/not received. Hopefully it's just a mistake, but if not, that's what buyer protection through PayPal is the for (you did pay as goods/services, not as gift, right?)
Then leave negative feedback on his itrader rating, where others will actually see it when looking at his sale ads

That's terrible!! I'm sorry to hear that but at least you used PayPal so you should be protected. I would contact PayPal get your money back and definitely report him. Thank you for sharing this post. I will be sure to stay away from doing any business with that person. Smh

As for now, i will give the benefit of a doubt.. i will just wait and maybe he would reply to my messages..

Please be sure to update here when it's resolved.

I didn't see an answer about what form of payment you used.... Which makes me think it was done as a gift.... But if it was done as a proper purchase, be sure to check on how long you have for filing a claim and don't wait too long
Better to get the process started, then cancel it if it gets resolved, that won't hurt either party

This is why You should pay the extra Dough and NOT send payment as a Gift unless it's a very highly respected Member/Dealer.

I got a reply from him just today.. im not filing anything against him, there was death in the family thats why he is very busy lately, he said he will ship the cue by friday... as long as he replied im not seeking danages or anything.. i still believe in the goodness of peope.. im quite confident most of the members in azb are legit and reputable. Thanks for your advice and dont let this post be against him.. i will erase this thread later.

"NOT send payment as a Gift unless it's a very highly respected Member/Dealer...."

Actually, the above is a oxymoronic proposition........a highly respected Cue Dealer would never ask.
Trying to scam Paypal out of a few bucks is just wrong to start with and the excuse of trying to save
money is just a synonym for being cheap. If you cannot afford to pay the Paypal fee, then you can't
really afford to buy the cue, or else you did an awful job negotiating the price for the cue. If you try to
handle purchases as gifts using Paypal as the funding source, then don't gripe about losing money.
I do not know how the orig. poster paid for the cue but "Obladi Oblada" if paying using the gift option.

Everyone in this Economy is trying to save a Buck my Friend.

We have a similar opinion, but a different perspective.
If you can't afford to pay the fee then you can't afford to sell the cue at the agreed upon price.
The service PayPal offers is a benefit to the seller, I don't think a reputable seller would ever ask a customer to cover their fees separately, you build that into the price and it's part of your cost of doing business.

At any rate, glad to hear things worked out for the OP, and sorry to hear the reason for the delay from the seller

First-The economy is EXCELLENT and has been for a few years. 2nd-No decent human steals anythying besides food and only if he is starving.

While I wouldn't quite say it that way, I agree with One Stroke's intention.

Paypal was trying to be decent about having a user friendly policy. If a lot of people abuse the gift freebie, it won't be around for long.

I read in another thread that there was a death in the family.

I feel Cezar Morales will be back and make it right.

I'll forward this about the excellent economy to the realtor selling my house.
