Who is the Best Cuemaker that drinks the most alcohol?

The best drunk maker I think has a last name of a color.
 
Despite the fact that I'm sure this thread was created with the utmost sarcasm (as "Whose the best cuemaker" threads seem to be rampant these past few days) I think this one is an obvious answer, but not an easy one.

There is one choice that comes to mind instantly but, a man's reputation being at stake, I will NOT name names.

...but I will say that anyone who knows me knows that I can't stand this guy's cues and have made that obvious in several threads on this site.;)

Oddly enough, I can answer that one too. And this isn't based on second-hand knowledge. This one I know for a fact!
