Who makes this cue?

I'm out in North Carolina for the weekend and came by a cue in really rough shape at a pawn shop and was wondering if anyone could lend any insight as to who makes it. It has a really different pin.

The pin looks like one Schmelke sells.

Not sure if Schmelke ever made a cue like that? I've just personally seen their Sneaky Pete's.

Yup, Viscotti was the same factory as the Lucasi cues too.

And Quest cues....

Viscotti and Quest are now defunct but I think the person that created the Quest brand is selling off the last of his NOS cues on Ebay. They are cropping up cheap with cases and J/Ps.

Yup, Viscotti was the same factory as the Lucasi cues too.

I've never seen an american cuemaker use that pin...it hurts to look at it
