Hello all, I have been updating my database of cue makers and their contact information. I need a little help with the following cue makers. Can you please tell me if they are retired, passed away, or are still producing cue? And if you have their contact info on hand for the ones that are still producing cues would be great. Thanks everyone.

John showman
Steve Lomax
Bobby Manzoni
Tad
Arthur cues
Paul mottey
Paul fanelli
Brent Hartman
Steve Klein
Mike Cochran
Monley
Black creek
Alex brick
Verl horn
Perry weston
Jmw
Mikkelsen

Big daddy
Bikk McDaniel
Dandy Mobley
Herman rambow.
Kersenbrock

Mike Cochran, Alex Brick, and Herman Rambow all our no longer with us.

Eddie Wheat isn't what I'd call a cuemaker. Paul Mottey retired, though I think he is still living.

Might I ask when you put this list together? Seems strange that you have makers that passed away before some of the guys on the list even started making cues.

Rambow is long gone. Verl Horn passed away some time ago as well. The TAD shop still makes cues, but Tad Kohara passed away awhile ago as well.

not sure what you mean? The list isnt in particular order, nor could it be since I dont know who is still around and who is not around. And if i knew that i wouldnt have posted this thread, thus the reason for my thread.

Herman Rambow died in 1967. So, that’s a fairly dated list you have.

It doesn't take much skill, nor effort, to just delete the ones you know or have learned about.thru Az.
This isn't a handwritten list so editing should be pretty simple and you are updating it regularly....right?

Not sure if this is your entire list but once you delete the names of the deceased and retired, you will still be missing many, many active American cue makers.

Yes - Paul Mottey is still alive. He's running the Breakers pool hall in Dormont. (Pittsburgh PA.) Saw him only briefly when I was there a month or so ago. Talked to his son for a while though.
