I see this guy won again at the Big Orange Classic. This must prove that once you realize you can win, your game jumps to a new level.

Who the heck is Stevie Moore?? I thought you were the know-all of pool. How do you go from sitting high atop the Himalaya's preaching down to everyone to now talking from a dug out landfill like a numb nuts?

Stevie is from South Carolina and now lives in Atlanta and has been a strong, well known road player in the south east since his mid teens. When he was 21 he won the McDermott 8 Ball World Championships..but continue to make most of his money on the road.
He has played in random pro events and always done well in tough regional tourneys as well. Many think he is 2nd only to Johnny Archer in this area and that is only because in the last few years he did not play much. He has decided to try to take it to the next level...so get use to it. ;)

Stevie is one of the great unknown 9ball players in the East. Around 2001 we stopped in Atlanta on the way to Florida with a great player from the Phillipines. The first day we were there we had an open invitation to give anyone with a Georgia drivers license the 8ball. We played Bruce Berrong a 10 ahead set and barely squeeked by this kid played lights out. About half way through the set another young guy said he would try us but he needed the 7. Ten ahead for 3k with the young Georgian getting the 7ball. Our guy outran a lot of games on the trip but this "Stevie" guy came out of the gate with a six pack and never looked back. The next night we played the same game and got even but Stevie Moore can play with anyone. The player we were travelling with beat champions Busta in Philly, Shannon in Lexington, Davenport in Houston, Wetch in the twin cities and a slew of other players, but if you are travelling through Atlanta Stevie and Bruce = roadblocks

huck

This kind of post just proves my point that you are a worthless contributor to this forum. Do you even play pool? Thanks to everyone else (humans) who answered my question.

No...YOUR THREAD just points out that YOU ARE a worthless contributor to this forum. I know who Stevie Moore is and I've seen him play and can tell you all about the way that he shoots. The guy has one hell of a game! YOU ARE THE MORON! (as usual)

It's amazing how well he shoots with his arm shaking like that, imagine how well he would do if his arm was steady!!

I wondered the same thing...but it's minor compared to Varner. Anybody know how long ago that started creeping into Nick's game?

Damn! He's one of those! I try to not be, but have seen lots worse than I. How the F do shakers hit the ball srtaight?
I know it's not nervousness, but the train can still play pretty good w/ a big-time shake. Hard to see how...

When I saw Gabe Owen gambling I noticed he has a slight shake also, although I couldn't tell if it was nerves or not.

Gabe ...

Gabe doesn't have a shake unless he is past due of eating
something. He isn't diabetic, but still has to kind of watch
his bloodsugar level.

who the heck is stevie moore

Well here is my opponion of stevie, he is a fine young man as you will meet, had some bumps along the way, but has gone to make somthing out of himself. I have played golf with him and spent some time with him a greAt guy. I had a tourny at my place to raise money for a ffiends wife, with cancer, we raise 1,000 bucks, plus stevie won the tourny, turned around and doneded the winnings to the cause. my kind of people {STICK} ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

He may be hypoglycemic, or however you spell it. It's low blood sugar, so you have to eat every 3-4 hours and make sure your sugar level doesn't spike eating simple carbohydrates.........or something like that.

On that Bicycle club event show from LA, I think on the one that he played Efren, he made some reference to keeping his shakes to a minimum.

Shit, I shake all the time! Don't know the reason for it, because it happens when I'm not even nervous. I think it has something to do with the Thalamus in the brain, and doing a specific task... I'll still get up and play mind you... :D

Why are you knocking his action? He must have got some of your $$$$$$$. BB is a class act and you my friend are a "pool room detective"

Stevie

Stevie is an exception to the stereotypical pool player. Besides being one of the best out there he is a hell of a nice guy. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Ive been friends with him for a long time now and have played golf and gone out with him hundreds of times. Stevie likes to gamble and make money but would never dump anyone like so many of the other players. As for his pool game, Ive seen him shoot down Shannon, Earl, Rodney, Hager, Joyner, and basically everyone that comes into town looking for a game. Hes probably one of the best road players ever. If he really decides to make a go of it, I think hes got the game to be a world champion.

Lmao ......

Hell, EVERYONE shakes when they play EFREN ..... ROFLLMAO
That's like saying you are going to play Tiger golf for $10k or
Michael Jordon basketball for $10k .... that you wouldn't be nerrrrrvvvous!
(BTW - I call Efren the Charlie Bronson of Pool ...lol
wouldn't be great if they had Charlie Bronson at the IPT event
and he did the finger gun thing towards Efren, and Efren fired
back at him ... that would get people talking ... )
