Who's at the Reno Open.....

You know? I'd love to be there...but the Pacific Northwest has had a few little weather porblems over the past few days. You may have seen it on national TV...(edit) That said, there sure seems to be a lot of "byes" as I look at the brackets....

I believe Earl actually got in trouble with the Pro Tour for doing the exact same thing as Tadd...every time he missed, he just racked up the balls like he was playing the Ghost.

Dick Wadsworth is a local player in Northern Cal who is called Richard or his nickname "Easy". I've never actually heard anyone call him Dick. He was a student of Ed Nagle's and can play some excellent pool sometimes.

Derek is a friend of another local player and can play good sometimes. Not a world beater, but a quality player who can beat talented players if the balls roll right.

I'm not sure I saw Dan Wallace on the list as far as San Diego players go.

That sounds like Mark, he used to do that all the time. He would just rack the balls after missing, back then he didn't miss very often. I don't know how he plays now.

Yeah, Mark would do that years ago in So Cal and drive the sweaters and gamblers crazy - what good are games on the wire when he rakes in the balls?

Meh... I guess being a born again Christian determined to win souls hasn't made him any more of a good sport.

The first time he did it should have been loss of two games. The second time, loss of match. How the hell is his opponent supposed to catch a stroke if he never lets them hit a ball unless they sink a ball on the break?

Yup.. I am STILL convinced Mark is a jerk. A very very VERY talented jerk... But still a jerk.

Russ

I frequent an MMA forum where they do not allow the members to bash the fighters. I think that would be a great thing to implement on this forum. Seems like the only posts I see from Russ... he is bashing Mark Tadd or whining about people quoting his infamous comment. How you ever received your high rep count is beyond me. Maybe the mods should check for you having multiple accounts that you use to rep yourself.

Make your pick with this classic matchup:
George Michaels vs "Baby" Frank Nordman

Also, SacTown Tom Suarez is about to play...how about some moral support? (vs Randel Milhoun).

E Z(he uses the initials) put me in losers bracket last time I played him. He was shooting lights out then, but he sure sweats a lot, breaths hard and struggles but he practices constantly. And he is also a great guy.

Tinsley shaved his beard off, left a mustache...Also cut his hair. He looks good....

That beard of his would have made one hell of a MAD Santa's beard. :D

I always wondered if he played in any tournaments if his beard touching the balls caused a foul to be called on him.
