What's the name of the Filipino-sounding commentator in this video?

I like his commentary a lot (in general in youtube videos I've seen, not necessarily this one in particular), and I especially think he and Jerry Forsyth make an excellent team in the booth. I haven't heard Jay Helfert's commentary, which I understand is quite good, but these two are my favorite pair based on all the videos with commentary I've found on the web. I wish ESPN would use them; I think they make the game a LOT more interesting than Mitch Laurance and Allen Hopkins.

Also, Jerry Forsyth's voice reminds me of Mike Sexton.

Bob Guerrero. He is a TV sports commentator in the Philippines and especially enjoys commentating on Reyes's matches.
Who wouldn't? :)

Who indeed. Thanks for the help.

As a follow-up, anyone know how old Kuo Po-Cheng was in this video? He looks about 9, but I'm guessing he's probably several years older than that.

Po Chen Kuo, the "Little Monster" was born on January 15, 1978.

Ha, I called him 9 years old, and he's actually older than I am. He certainly doesn't look 26 in that video I linked (from 2004).
