Who's your favorite "Pro" and Why?

My favorite is Brandon Shuff because I know him personally. He is a great player and a good guy and willing to share knowledge of the game.

I do also like Earl Strickland because he tells it like it is and he is a great player. Sure I'm disappointed with his behavior sometimes but I still like him. He's a straight shooter on and off the table.

No one came close to the intensity he displayed in leading the U.S.A. ''Mosconi ''Team to win in 2009 ,,,not only in being his rookie appearance , but also winning the M.V.P............!!

Also easily approachable and very articulate,,,!!

My favorite pro player is the person who not only plays well, but treats it professionally, from how they treat themselves, but also are gracious to the spectators, their sponsors, and the staff and referees around the world at the events.

Players who handle their entries within the time frame to enter, and if they enter late do not ask for the favor of the late fee being waived. Those that are prepared which includes reading the tournament materials provided to them (which most major events provide either via email or on the web).

There are too many names that embody what I wrote to list here. Those are my favorite pros both on and off the table.
 
My favorite pro is Chi Chi Rodriguez. He spends countless hours working with kids and charities and he's a tireless autograph signer. He's a national Puerto Rican hero. There isn't a pool pro worthy of tying Chi Chi's shoelaces.

Except Efren Reyes. Not only the best player but the best human being as well.
 
My Favorite and why

Ignacio "the mexican" "elmago" Chavez is my favorite. A beautiful stroke and style that is all his own.

He is gracious win or lose. He plays rotation games with run out skill and one pocket strategy.

Alwaystaken lightly by peers and the pool etablishment until the money is on the light.

LIked by the kids because he will take time to work with them and have fun.

He is a safety genuis which he incorporate in his game because when it comes to bringing it home,safeties and easy pocketing due to his great cueball control is what brings it home.

Unique talent,humble but confident in his self and game.Respect for his peers.

That is why I pick Ignacio Chavez as my favorite.
