Why All The Hoops For XPC PPV?

I thought I've bought all PPV's, but the XPC PPV for the Tornado Open wants all kinds of info before you can buy it. Why all the hoops? Johnnyt

All PPV streaming require information for security reasons since this is a paid PPV. Is for your security more than ours.

you won't be disappointed. the XPC guys do a fantastic job on their streams. they do lots of them down in florida, and the quality is always fantastic.
