Why am I regressing?Shouldn't I have improved at least a little?!

Skill development is not a straight line upward but a series of plateaus, each one above the other. If you feel stuck at your present level, take a breather and don't play pool for a couple of days. Go out and mow your yard or something
Remember that each plateau is significantly more difficult than the one that has gone before, so be patient grasshopper.
Now, if you will excuse me, I must go up to the mountain top and meditate.

Your practice sessions sound okay... but 2 weeks isn't long enough to expect visible improvement. And 3hrs a day is a lot. 1 hour of practice where you're really trying beats 3 hours of going through the motions.

Sometimes it comes down to how you're rating yourself also. Equal Offense sounds ok on paper but try playing the ghost. You can do 9b ghost, or just start with 6 balls, or try to run a rack of 8-ball and give yourself a ball or two off the table (from either group) if you need it. These forms of practice are nice because they're close to what you play every day.

Pay attention to the advice on fundamentals. You don't want to practice bad habits. It's hard to judge your own stroke, and also hard to know who you can trust to judge it for you. But there are some ways to self-test. Do you find yourself spinning balls in that don't need to be spun? Can you comfortably do shots that require precise CB hits, like a ball-replacement follow shot or stun draw? If you fall too straight on a rail cut, can you pound the OB in and pop the CB off the rail? These are the kinds of shots that seem to fall apart when your fundamentals aren't sound.

you need two mindsets to get good at pool..

you need to know how to PLAY pool

playing is fun... playing is strategy... playing is .. where do the balls need to go????... and how do I get them there.....playing is fun

you also need to know how to SHOOT pool...

shooting pool is WORK... it's stance and stroke and grip and personal details..
placing your eyes correctly every time.. all that crap you CAN"T worry about while playing..

but you have to worry about it.. so you devote a time to worry about it... right now I am working on my stroke rhythm...... now I am working on my alignment... where the balls go is ... well... where you sent them...

practicing well is in my mind the single most important skill to learn .. if you want a game that continues to get better..

you practice pinpoint position.. worrying about how your stroke got you there..

you PLAY with good enough position... just get a line on the right side of the ball..

two different mindsets... but you need both and you need to keep both separate and distinct from one another...

I can practice all day.... or.. I can practice until someone wants to play... for me it's a one way street... I can practice then play all day long... but I can't play then practice.. it never works.. I lose focus almost instantly

hope that helps :D
