> It's pretty simple actually. The original Cortland has not been made for a great while,and whoever has some,usually hordes it. It's primarily used in restorations of cues that originally came with Cortland linen like Szamboti,Balabushka,etc. You won't see very many brand new cues with it. I've never actually worked on it,but those that have say it's much smoother than anything else,especially after installation,and slightly thinner. Someone here said recently that a guy on Ebay was selling single-cue spools for 100 bucks. Tommy D.
