P P (pocket point) hurts no one. Has no effect on pool. He only upsets and riles up AZers who enable him. Don't respond to his rants! He needs to be shunned like the Amish people do to people who are out of line. PP has his rights to his opinions. Wrong or right, doesn't matter. I think most AZers love this forum and of course pool. PP is not effecting people who might be thinking of taking up pool, because they are not even players yet. AZers are died in the wool players who see thru the murky water. I know PP will read and respond to this post so I challenge PP to post something positive about pool. Not one negative comment! Who knows, he may become one of the highly respected az members or even an astronaut! Or not!
 
I love this game. I'm far from being a great player but I play good enough to have fun. Always working on improving (and I am).
Anyway I'm 64 have been playing for 50 years +. I'm constantly meeting new people and made most of my friends in the pool room. I came to terms with who I am and how I play. I strive to be a good sport win or lose. If I miss a shot I gracefully take a seat and keep quiet. If I do not like a game I don't play it. If I do not want to shoot with certain people I don't. Simple.
What is there to complain about? We play for hours and keep going back for more. It's more than a game. It's a lifestyle. Choose the right company and enjoy the game.
Some people look for problems until they find it. That is burning good energy.

I think you have to rethink that. There are many players who can't really get there on the bar box, it is a specialty. I saw Three finger Ronnie beat Billy Incardona soundly on a bar table then the next night Billy gave Ronnie the 7 and killed him. World champions get barbecued on bar tables if they don't really play on them.

I am in favor of free speech, but he is simply trying to encite people's emotions. He isn't added constructively to the conversation. When he begins to do that, we can again respond. It is a very simple solution.

Truer words have never been spoken. If no one responds to his posts he will fade into oblivion. He seeks attention, and, like a spoiled child, will do whatever is required to get it. Negative attention is just fine with him, as long as the spotlight is shining on his ego he's happy.

Playing on a bar box, even a diamond 7' table is not playing pool. These tables belong in a bar, where people want an activity to do while they are drinking. These people are not playing pool, even though they are utilizing pool cues and miniature pool tables.

If you hate leagues that much, just don't play in them. But if you'r coming on this forum trying to recruit members to join you in your hatred of leagues, you'r wasting your time. That's the equivalent of the Grand Wizard of the KKK trying to recruit members at a meeting of the NAACP.

Or maybe you'r just trying to solidify your hold on the number one ranking in Jason's poll.
