as you know by now, the IPT players, myself included, did not get paid at the world open. they said the checks will be sent out this week,ok, then why didn't we at least get an offical e-mail saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience,and the check went out today, thank you for your understanding, IPT staff. it just burns me up, that i get all these qualifyer e-mails every other second, yet a simple professional and well deserved apology about the checks, just slips their minds? not right and not good business,sorry,but it's just not professional.

Wow Bernie, you have some nerve. Your inclusion in the IPT is based on total fraud. You are lucky to get paid anything, it is certainly not something you have earned. The selection process was their first big mistake, they should have had some way to remedy the possibility of players they didn't really know padding their resumes and replacing them right off the bat.

Surely, those at the IPT realize in full that their failure to live up to their word with respect to payment has brought financial hardship to more than a few and inconvenience to many. An expression of remorse, or at least compassion, from the IPT to its player members, would befit the circumstances, and the absence of such is disturbing.

In this instance I actually thought Bernie was quite brave to come out and say that, many players have been unhappy with lots of things but never say it. I dont blame them either though as Im sure they dont want to bite the hand...
What about all the players that were not going home after this event, Im sure many might be going to the US Open etc and may have needed this cash before returning home to their IPT cheque?

thank you steve for that eloquent manner of yours, i appreciate it. and yes, i am the only IPT player that has the balls to post here, that i am not happy with in which the way they operate,this is not professional,and i hope that the checks come soon.

I don't see any need to speculate about how and by whom the basic administrative tasks (such as the funding and payment of disbursements) are carried out at the IPT. The IPT has an administrative staff and officer level executives. For example, Deno Andrews is the Chief Operating Officer of the IPT. I used the term "those at the IPT" and stick by it. The IPT organization itself is at fault here, regardless of which of its members is meant or expected to handle the processing of payments.
