Why so slow?

Is there something wrong with the AZB site these days? It's been really slow and freezes up quite a bit when I try to navigate on the forum threads.....I don't know if it's my own pc problem........
 
I've noticed the same. Pretty quick this morning though. BTW, I have cable internet.


EDIT: I'm not having the "freezing" problem, just seems a bit sluggish lately.

i have noticed it too, and i am on cable as well. I think it has something to do with some of the Banners on the pages. or maybe its just a traffic thing.

Recently i swithed over to Mozilla "Firefox" and the site loads alot quicker, Than Internet Explorer. although the program takes a few seconds longer to load when it opens, cause it looking for updates.

You will have to get some plugins for it, if you want some web content to work. it will prompt you when you have to

Just a suggestion, you dont have to take it if you dont trust me!!!!!!!

Thanks for your responses and input.....even as I was reading here, the screen froze up and the page disappeared (blank screen) for a little while....lol

I'm on cable, RoadRunner, and have had none of the above problems. This is a pretty fast computer. Intel Core Two Quad processor. Maybe that helps.
