Why Varney J/B Cues?

Jazz!!!!!!!!

I might be a little to sensative today. Do you have one? Does that mean floor sweeping job or Varnet J/b? Do I have one what?

Zack, no I don't own a Varney j/b but am not opposed to getting one either.

The purpose of my question is that I do value feedbacks/review from owners that use the product. What I want to filter out is "hype" as you call it or what I read as biased opinion.

ummmmmmmerrrrrrrrrrrummmmmmmm think he was asking if you have one of the j/b cue's that varney makes. Though if you do have a floor sweeping job there then you must be learning about making cues.
 
Wow Kevin! My cue looks great! I can't wait to get it. I will be sure to write a review, although from what I have read on your j/b's, I will not do the cue justice in the write up.

I will play some Friday when it gets here and write a review Friday night or Saturday.

As for the original intent of this post. I chose to purchase my j/b from Kevin for a variety of reasons. But if you search the forum for Varney or Varney cues, you will find the same rave reviews I read.

Not to speak for Mr. Varney, but his ferrule material on his newer ones is ivorine 4 unless you opt for the one peice canvas. Both are guaranteed forever. Works so well that I can jump a full ball from less than 1 inch away and I'm not even the best jumper around. You should see KV jump - simply incredible!!:eek:

If you'd like to try one I wouldn't mind priority shipping mine, as long as you fully understand it's not a gift lol :D League is dead right now (we missed playoffs by 8 points or something :( ) so it's not like I'm using it all that much that I can't hook you up. Just make sure to send it back the day after you get it... so I don't go into withdrawals.

I agree, and it's not like his J/B cues need the hype.
 
Ok, i got a Varney J/B

Now does anyone have Kevins telephone number as i have a few questions before starting this Journey! :)

I have no idea how to jump, or the proper Varney break, happy though because i will be the only one in Alaska with a Varney J/B
