how many people still waiting?? i am ...
I have not read any posts except the first one. I will say that Bebot is a member of the ICA International Cuemakers Association and many months ago contacted us and asked that Les (The General) be taken taken off his contact info as there had been some problems and Les was no longer in any way associated with Bebot Bautista Cues. I have no horse in this race, but just sharing that Les is not associated with them, so anything he did as a flipper/distributor of Bebot cues, should not be held against them as far as I am concerned.http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=248960
Honestly, these cues look nice and I know from my jump cue that you guys can make good cues. . .
. . . .but why would I do business with you on these cues after you guys and the_general took $400 from me and never delivered the cues I ordered?
Yes, I have addressed this with both parties and still have no cues or money. Yes, I can show transactions. . . blah, blah, blah
It just surprises me you are trying to still sell when so many folks are left with no cues and no money???
I will take any good cue shipped in exchange for funds paid.
Still no cue or refund since your first post of 10/2011?Les was their employee. They are distancing themselves from him.
You are weakening your organization by not throwing Bebot Bautista cues out until they make good on their orders.
They are no better than the email from Africa you get weekly asking you to send $25,000 so they can transfer you millions. PURE SCAM.
I have a question:
Why would anyone here order a custom cue from the Philippines when there are countless, super talented American cue makers right here?
Why would you order a cue in a country where you have zero recourse if things go south?
Why order a cue from Asia where if something goes wrong, you're shipping the thing internationally just to get it fixed.
I agree with your post and I feel bad for everyone who was affected here. But gee whiz, I'd never order a custom cue from a maker overseas. Just way too much local talent here that have to adhere to American laws.
