will a mezz shaft fit a falcon butt

I see that Falcon has a 5/16 x 14 joint but a friend of mine tells me that almost nothing will fit on a falcon...does anyone know if a mezz shaft will fit on a Falcon

The pitch might be the same, but diameters and pilots vary. Never seen a falcon, but the pilot might be larger/smaller than normal.
