Will Bonus Ball Be added to AZ money list?

Hope to see Bonus Ball added to the AZ money list when it gets started. I want to see how many make more money this year then past years. I think it will come down to how many big tournaments the bonus ball players make. Also, if there not traveling to tournaments they're not spending any money to travel. You figure if someone makes 30k a year in tournaments he's spending about 10k of that or more in travel, motels, food, entry fees, plus misc. Johnnyt

I'd think it highly inappropriate to add Bonus Ball winnings to AZB earnings. Until the bonus ball season playoffs, the players play for a salary best understood as an appearancve fee, not for prize money. Quite a few Europeans, most notably the Germans, earn money for playing in leagues in their own countries, but such earnings, quite appropriately, have never counted toward their AZB earnings.

I would not object as greatly to the inclusion of money won in the bonus ball postseason, although I realy don't think it would be appropriate.

I think we can safely assume that the Bonus Ball website will provide earnings data for Bonus Ball players. That should suffice.

I would be interested in knowing whether the players get W2s, or report it as 1099 income. If its W2, then FICA, unemployment and other taxes are being paid on the behalf of the player.
