Does anyone know if there will be an online ppv of the event or if there is any way at all to watch this online live?

It's doubtful there will be a stream in the USA. Matchroom televises it to other parts of the world where they are willing to pay for it. Someone might find a feed on Sky Sports, Sopcast or something but that's iffy. Sky Sports usually has the TV rights and it is live in Britain and parts of Europe and maybe Asia. The only good thing is it has a way of appearing shortly after the event on youtube thanks to "snookeram".
I could find nothing on the website about a PPV and I don't believe there has been one in the past.

I watched last years Mosconi Cup for free on Sky Sports. You might want to set up an account now if you want to watch it. The sign up is free and it won't let you in the mess of trying to sign up at the time of the event. You have nothing to lose by signing up now, you will be able to beat the rush when it's getting ready to start. I'm not saying you can watch it free, but if they do decide to broadcast it live and free, you will be ready, and won't have to fight the dreaded circle of death when everyone else is trying to sign up.

I was able to watch it live stream for free in the united states. Usually someone finds the link and posts it up...or just sign up with matchroom and watch it on their site for free.

Very true. This is one of the first stops I make on the net when looking for anything outside ustream .. they seem to be on top of things on a consistent basis!

Here is one I use for NFL games. I seen they have the live snooker event in Germany by hovering over "other" on the menu bar !

at firstrowsports i clicked "TV" in the menu bar and a long page of channels came up. at the bottom of the page was skysports 1-4 and some others too ! :thumbup:
