Does anyone know who makes this device? I have an older one and am very bored, so I thought I would kill some time and restore it to new/better condition. I searched online and it appears Mueller's has the most parts but does not show the leather burnisher or the company decal both items I would like to replace when I do the polishing and cleaning. I have found that I can resharpen the blades and make them far sharper than new ones. Any help would be welcomed!

I wonder what it would cost to have a machinist make a couple hundred of those. Probably get the cost to 40 each

If you're talking about the whole machine, they were around $350 but if you're talking about the blades,I bought a couple of pencil sharpeners when I needed a couple of blades
3 PACK: KUM 1040501 2-hole Pencil Sharpener Magnesium Alloy Wedge Profile
Here's one with 24 blades if you need that many

Mueller carries more parts for the Willards Classic than anyone else I found. The blades are .75 each if you purchase a dozen.
