All original - Ivory ferrule, maple Titlist forearm, four full-spliced hardwood points with four colored veneers, black leather wrap, hardwood butt sleeve with light blue "Brunswick Willie Hoppe PROFESSIONAL CUE" decal above thin black butt plate (no bumpper).

Page 199 Bluebook of cues third edition.
