The old Gina we saw at Ernie's the other day is not the cue Brandon is talking about. Brandon is referring to an old Gina that was owned by Wimpy that is a dead ringer for your brother's first old Gina. There used to be pictures of it at ClassicCue's web site, I guess they got sick of people asking for a price (which I also did) and took it down.

Kevin

Kevin,
I believe it's the first cue still listed under Gina. We also had sold one that belonged to Minnesota Fats. Hey, we get e-mails all the time about cues that are shown as examples. I must field about 6-10 per week on the South Wests we had.

scam or not, 60k is a lot of money for a cue.

i just remembered, joe rogan posts on the fourms, he might have the scratch for it

The thing to look for is has a Bushka that belonged to a champion been sold recently. In this case one has, it was Joe Balsis' cue. I won't comment any further than that.

Right you are. You've got some great looking Gina "examples" there. Feathers, wow!

He states in his first post...

"Authentication documents and pictures available for serious buyer. Asking $60,000."

I would love to see pix of this cue myself, but I am seriously NOT a player at $60k. I do understand his reluctance to post pix.

Where is Fatboy?

Joe

over here!!!!! honestly 60 seems a bit heavy, he didnt use the cue muck, unless im wrong he recieved it shortky before George passed away, I know he used a Bushkam where arethe other ones???

thx eric

Well guys, I don't think you can ask for much more than this... a letter from Tasc and a notarized letter from Wimpy's own brother Clarence. I think we just need to work on getting some better pic of the cue haha. Anyway, this should clear up any misconceptions/reservations/doubts...etc.

Sweet provenance. I assume the purchaser will get a similar affidavit from racer55 documenting the sale.

My god man, what a piece of history! I wonder what they would say if I just walked into the pool room one day and started playing with it. They'd probably think I was insane! Lol! They'd probably tell me, what the hell are you doing, that belongs in a museum or something!
