I don't have a foot of it, but I've got enough to make one set. You can have it. I'll bring it up there Saturday.

my local rocklers has 1" dowels,
IF i can get there before the penmakers do :grin:
timing is everything
kinda hate cutting up my 1.50" squares for jp's

Why not do your special fake ebony trick? Or use phenolic. I have some that is not dead black that needs treatment with India ink. I could send you some .:grin:
