I got home around 2 a.m. last night. Games were still going on. I saw Jesse Bowman win, Bert Kinister lose (Though he did have a little bank pool action going in the practice room), and Mike Pratico won also. A lot of action.

Bob,

Whats the status of the 9ball event? Is it almost finished?

Any more thoughts/reports are appreciated, since some of us had to work all week. TIA

The Windy City Open heats up the Chicago frigid weather with a close to perfect attendance 121 players in the Open 9 Ball division and 31 in the woman's division. astronomical bids flew for a non stop 4 hour auction with an abundance of players fetching as high as $700.00. With top name players as Brandon Ashcraft, Jeff Sergent, Jesse Bowman, Tom Spencer, John Binion, Duane Tuula, Chad Vilmont, Ike Runnels and James Barakas this promises to be one of the best 9 Ball events of the season.

The play will continue through the day with the 8 Ball tournament and players auction starting at 6 PM. For thoses in Chicago, you can still register for the 8 Ball since it is running late.

Pam Bell has defeated Amy Latzko for the 9 Ball woman's finish. Ton's of action going on, Mini's and Jack and Jill. Ring game later tonight!

who won the men's nine ball. I saw Jesse Bowman beat Ike Runnels yesterday, but i don;t think that was the finals.

What's up with the men's eight ball. I saw Bowman dispatch some guy yesterday. He ran out the first four times he got to the table. During that time, Mark Pratico made about three shots and won one game.

What's scheduled for today and what times? I might come by again.
