Winston-Salem Pool

Hi People!

I may be relocating to Winston-Salem later this year. Could not find much online about good pool halls and good leagues in the area. Anyone in that neck of the woods have some insight to share, please?

I drove through there about 10 years ago there was a nice pool room with super old Diamond tables before they started dying the pockets black, with wood rails. The tables actually played really well, IMO. All 9'. I can't remember the name of the room. I got some action with some locals, so people were playing for sure.

I went to school in Greensboro, not too far from Winston. Pool is HUGE there. It’s been 20 years since I’ve lived there but I don’t think things have changed that much. I never spent much time in Winston, but being a college town, it should have a few joints. You will find no difficulty finding a 9 ft table.

Just Google it. There was nice joint that was supposed to be moving, Break Time. Looks they're open in new loc., Clemmons NC. Not far from W-S.

NC is pretty big on pool and I'm guessing there'll be plenty of options for you...which is of no direct benefit alone!

Not sure if they are open yet - was supposed to open like 6 months ago but they’ve had a number of delays. Don’t know if the original location on Jonestown Road is still open.
