Where in WI are you? I grew up in the LaCrosse area and used to play the BCW tournaments back in the 80's.
 
I used to live in Appleton And played at Sharkeys downstairs, I think I remember you and your dad if this is the same ~littlejohn~

Hi Jon. I heard you play jam up pool. I'm from Ashland, WI. If I hear of any tourneys that will actually allow you to play lol I'll let you know.

I have always wanted to take you out of there and get you into the ring with some people to bring you up a notch. I think you could make some $$ down here easy.
 
I'm looking for some tourneys as well! I'm west of Milwaukee and bouncing from bar to bar. I'm going to be checking out "The Pourhouse" tonight and a few others in Hartford. The Pourhouse won the Masters team event a few times in the past 10 years.

In Menomonee Falls there is a bar J Rileys that has been said to have some players. They also have 7 diamond tables.

There is a girl on here that owns Fiddlers in West Allis, WI. They have monthly tourneys with $1000 guaranteed. Her name is MilwaukeePeach.

Up in GB, I'm not sure yet, but I'll be up there in a few weeks.

I live in Arizona, so I'm use to having 2 or 3 tourneys a night to pick from so this has been surprisingly difficult.

There are no tournaments in WI during the summer!

Funny story regarding Billy the kid (lasee right?). I had played in one of those Dr. Pool doubles tournaments, well me and my partner didn't play too well and I was a little hot under the collar. I was kind of mouthing off asking if anyone wanted to play for cash, like maybe $20 a game. The second I said this a fellow I had seen around practically jumped at the offer. Well, at this point my wife was sick of being at the casino where it was being held at so she suggested we leave and just call it a day. I'm glad we did because only later did I find out it was Billy the Kid who wanted to play me. I can play some, but what he's done in pool compared to me, I would have probably lost that day (especially being on tilt as it was).

The Brass Ring - Madison: Sunday 9-ball. Entry: $15 Side $5, 6:30 p.m. limited to 16 players (Handicapped, don't know how)

I know 2 or 3 places in Milwaukee that we could scare up some action if you're interested. I could use a good wingman or two.

appleton, yes the bcw is still here but the players are not!
 
what up easy-e, don't know if you are still in wisconsin but if you come to the appleton-oshkosh area i'll gamble some with you.
 
i have a funny story about billy the kid. dogged a stright in eight ball, open the back door of the bar, raining out side threw his cues about 30 feet. then his opponent dogged it back and he ran out their to get then and win the game. loser
 
Not much for tournaments or action anywhere in Madison right now. You can always the try the two best players in the state, Chad Lund and Dan Schneider.

I don't even know where my cues are it's been so long since I played.
