Since I'm getting my new McDermott I-2 shaft soon (comes with a Moori medium tip; found out today it's *finally* in the mail!), I want to play with putting different tips on the other shaft (which came stock with a Triangle medium-hard), and seeing how they play. Also have been interested in and reading about the "milk dud" tip, which I understand is just taking a normal tip, soaking it in milk (or other liquid), and then compressing it. Don't really have anything to compress a tip with, so I'll hold off on that for now.
I think I tend to prefer a medium tip (or even a soft, but they don't offer those, as you said), but for $10.50, what the heck, I'll take one medium and one hard tip.
