Last night we had a small AZB party in the chat room while watching the semi-finals live.
We pulled AZ Billiards own Darren (Dynamite) Appleton in for the win over Niels Feijen and had some fun talking about it while we watched it live.

If you are interested in watching the WPC 10 Ball LIVE you can download the software free of charge. After you download the software it will take a while to buffer the video but you can do that right now so that you are ready for the FINALS TONIGHT at 2:00 a.m. CST.

After you download the software you can choose the ESPN China channel and you are in.

Click on the tab above in AZB MAin Forum called "Chat" and then split your computer screen so that you can be in the chat room with the rest of us AZBers and watch the WPC 10 Ball Championship live.

Everyone is invited, even SmorgassBored. :D :D

I was just looking for when that match would play. Took me a while to download Tvants and also got Sopcast as well. Does anyone know how to get to the channel on Sopcast? Guess I better put down a few and go to bed early.
 
Am I invited also? (Since I betted on Niels in the semi, and have a bet on Wu for the final)

Please forgive me Darren, I don't know what I am doing...

With Sopcast there is a tab called Live Channels and you have to move down until you find the right channel but you probably just want to know which channel. :wink:

Someone will provide it I'm sure. :embarrassed2:

I suggest anyone wanting to watch the match live, get your software working now so that you won't be struggling and asking others in the AZB chat room how to get the software to watch it. :)

I see many channels and most have numbers but I do not see an ESPN selection.

I'm using TVANTS but wanted a backup with SOPCAST.

There will be a battle for 3rd place between Niels Feijen and Demosthenes Pulpul at 12 noon Manila time, that will be 9 pm Pacific, 10 pm Mountain, 11 pm CST or 12 midnight Eastern. Third place pays $25,000 (no checks in the mail please!) while the 4th placer pays $15,000, a difference of 10 large.

The Finals will be aired live at 3 pm Manila time, or 12 midnight Pacific, 1 am Mountain, 2 am Central or 3 am Eastern. I hear there was a chatroom somewhere, is this true?

I assume that the ESPN Sports Channel won't appear until it's scheduled time and then you will be able to select the channel, correct.

I got bad news for you buddy, this one just came in from a boxing/MMA forum:

"Kimbo Slice's fight with Ken Shamrock got canceled due to a laceration suffered by the latter before the fight. Shamrock has been replaced by Seth Petruzelli.

Stupid move by Shamrock. I think he was goofing around with some of his training partners and then accidentally received that cut in his eye."
 
Is there channel on TvAnts to watch the 3rd place match? I have a feeling the ball game will be playing on the HK & China channels.
