I refuse to refrain from saying it anymore. It is my right as an American, and I will say it loud:

I'm American and I'm proud.

So, when an American veteran is doing well, he is very deserving of a little cheerleading.

GO, ALLEN HOPKINS, GO. USA, ALL THE WAY! USA, ALL THE WAY. USA, ALL THE WAY!

Win or lose, Allen Hopkins is a thoroughbred American champion. God bless pool players who continue to give it their all!

AND I must say it was refreshing to see an American pool player on the Main Page article about this tournament, this morning. Allen Hopkins rocks! :)

Rudy,

Tony lost to Ortmann and he's out.

The brackets are up, and are linked on the main page.

Fred

Hey Fred,

Yeah, I just saw it. D---! Tony had a real poor match against Bobby Hunter earlier in the day (after drilling him the night before!), and I wonder if he recovered mentally.

Thanks though. I'll sweat the matches for both of us tomorrow!

Rudy

Hohmann needs 6. Hopkins at 87

See ahead of feijen 173 to 131 but neils shooting

Both these matches on a shot clock

Warming up orcullo and Barouti
