The draw has been done, and the tournament starts on Saturday!

64 players has been placed in 8 different groups. 4players proceed from each group, 2 on the winnerside and 2 on the one-loss side.

In group D, Roberto Gomez will face Shane van Boening, if they both win their first match. Could be an interesting match-up!!!

Here's links to the groups. I have highlighted either players or interesting match-ups from each group. Think Group G will be pretty hard to qualify from, but actually think Jasmin will make it from the winners side!

In group H you forgot about R.Babica,he is very hard to beat.He proved that at many occasion,its my black horse in that group;) winners side
 
Group G bottom bracket is loaded! :D Tough trip into the desert, pick 2 out of Chamat, J Bustamante, Appleton and Deuel :)
 
I'll also pick to win if someone gives me good odds: Alcano, Wu, Gomez, SVB, Kiamco, Souqet, Appleton, and Orcullo.
 
unless this is complete blind draw, which I doubt, you'd think that the clown organizers of this event would space the better players out better than this. Group G is brutal.
 
Is it just me, or is it really obvious that they put the clown prince in what I consider
the easiest group, which is Group B? Group C, F and G are the toughest group...
 
The prince was bracketed in the easiest group and still lost miserably, 8 games to 1 in an alternate break format. Could be signs of nerves perhaps?
