As an American growing up with American snooker, I enjoy all the players and matches on the Euro/ Asian venues. I have learned many of the differences in the rules, but occasionally see something I don't understand. For instance, in Frame 6 of Bingham/Trump match, Bingham snookers Trump on the yellow, which he fouls. Now all Stuart needs is one more foul, and he can win the frame. Why did he accept the table and play as to having the cue ball replaced behind the pink and make Trump play again? Was that just his decision? Another instance I didn't understand: Osullivan/Hawkins match. Hawkins trying to play safe by hitting red thin but fouls. Table reset, he tries again and fouls. I understood the commentator to say if he commits third foul it would result in loss of frame. Is this correct? Do some countries use different rules?World Grand Prix snooker results, draw, schedule, TV times, odds and more :
