worried about customer in the dallas tx area

i have a very good customer in highland park tx named chuck spence. he is a cue collector and has bought a few cues. i have a 2 titlist he sent me one to restore and one to convert.
we usually talk once a week. i have sent emails, pm's and left phone messages. i am afraid he might have had a problem, because of his health.

does anyone in the dallas area know him, or have any contact information for his son ???
